CASH POP tickets should say either “DAY” or “EVE” draw, not “ALL,” as appeared on the tickets eligible for a refund. The lottery said prizes won from a ticket produced or issued in error will not be paid.

To get a refund, players should mail the original CASH POP tickets to this address: S.C. Education Lottery, P.O. Box 11039, Columbia, S.C. 29211-1039.

Include your name and return address. The lottery will refund the purchase price for each returned ticket and reimburse players for postage up to the cost of first-class U.S. Postal Service postage for the ticket submitted to the lottery. Players can also drop off tickets at the lottery’s Columbia Claims Center.

Requests for CASH POP refunds must be received by the lottery by Friday, Jan. 16, 2026.
