AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Authorities are asking for the public’s help as they look for missing people across the CSRA.

Fa’Myia Lashay Ruffin

Fa’Myia Ruffin, 13, was last seen on July 17 around 5:00 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Barton Drive.

Fa’Myia was last seen on foot, wearing all black clothing and green socks, with rainbow-colored Crocs.

Authorities say Fa’Myia frequents the Apple Valley Drive and the Mike Padgett Highway areas.

She is described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 115 pounds.

Chelsea Dawn Fisher

Chelsea Fisher, 17, was last seen on July 17 around 10:00 p.m in the 3000 block of Deans Bridge Road.

She was last seen wearing a pink tank top, blue jeans, and black/white sneakers, while carrying a blue backpack and a black duffle bag.

Chelsea is described as being 4 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 96 pounds.

Authorities believe Chelsea may be in the area of the 400 Block of Broad Street, or near the America’s Best Value Inn at 441 Broad Street.

She is 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds.

She is known to frequent the Washington Road at I-20 area, as well as Columbia, S.C., according to deputies.

She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds, according to deputies.

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating 17-year-old Za’riyah Heath.

Heath was last seen on June 12 around 7:00 p.m. in the 2100 block of Harold Road.

She is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds.

Authorities say she has shaved brown hair and 5 feet 2 inches tall, and weighs 160 pounds.

Last seen around 10:30 a.m. on the 800 Block of Terrell Forth Road.

Moretti is said to be a danger to herself and possibly has suicidal intentions.

She is 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

She is known to change the color of her hair frequently and also has a tattoo of a butterfly behind her right ear.

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in searching for 17- year-old Jermaine Wesby.

Wesby was last seen in the 1800 block of Fayetteville Drive around 10:00 a.m. on April 10.

Officials say he may be in Thomson, Georgia.

Wesby is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall; he weighs 140 pounds.

Lamerele Ann Bailey

Lamerele Bailey, 63, was last seen in December 2025 in the area of the 2100 block of Walton Way, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials say Bailey is homeless but is normally found downtown and does not have any known medical conditions.

According to the report, on March 16, her niece reported her missing, stating the family had not heard from her in four months.

The niece told deputies she was known to be in multiple romantic relationships with whom she would live with.

The niece said Bailey is an Army veteran who frequents the VA, but recent records show no record of Bailey being treated.

Jimmy Green, 70, was last seen April 3 at approximately 12 p.m. leaving from the 4100 block of Powell Mill Road in his vehicle in an unknown direction.

Green was driving a Toyota Avalon with a Georgia tag of GBN479.

He is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.

Officials say at the time, he was headed to work on foot, but is now believed to be a danger to himself, his wife said in their last communication.

He was last seen wearing a blue Board of Education mechanic’s uniform with orange reflective tape down the sides of the shirt and pants and was wearing a ball cap of an unknown color, according to the agency.

Deputies say at 8:14 a.m., they responded to the block of 2100 Ellis St. for a missing person and spoke to Weathers’ brother.

Weathers has not been seen or heard from since. Weathers is known to frequent the stores around the 2000 block of Broad Street and the Rack & Grill on Riverwatch Parkway and Commerce Drive.

Columbia County deputies are looking for Gregory Brown, 62, who was last seen on Marshall Street off Old Evans Road.

Brown suffers from dementia, according to deputies.

He was wearing a black jacket, jeans and black shoes, according to officials.

Raymond Solomon Burke

The Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the disappearance of Raymond Solomon Burke, also known as “Ray” Burke, of Stillmore, Georgia.

He was reported missing on or about September 24, 2024, during Hurricane Helene. His whereabouts remain unknown at this time.

Burke is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds.
