Who do you want to be the next Richmond County schools superintendent?

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Richmond County Board of Education wants the public’s help in choosing a superintendent.
Earlier this week, school officials announced two finalists — Dr. Malinda Cobb and Dr. Keith Simmons.
The school board is asking you to complete a survey to choose for you want to be the next superintendent.
“The outcome of this decision may not please everyone, but we hope the intention is clear. We are choosing with the future of Richmond County in mind,” said Shawnda Stoval, District 1 representative for the Richmond County Board of Education.
The Board of Education plans to name the next superintendent on August 12.
