Thomson seniors commit to taking education in college

THOMSON, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Some future educators got ready for their next steps on Monday.

Seniors at Thomson High School signed their letters of commitment to continue the education track in college.

American Hero Pro Rodeo donates $27,000 to charity

The proceeds from the America Hero Pro Rodeo went to three charities.

This is through the partnership with the Future Georgia Educators.

Thomson High School Early Education Teacher Lori Whatley’s Program allowed students to learn about teaching and get real classroom experience by assisting teachers in McDuffie County Elementary Schools.
