Hawaii’s freshman congresswoman trying to share “little bits of aloha” in Washington

The second round of the Augusta National Women’s Amateur got underway after an hour’s delay due to fog.

We spoke with the parents of Buddy Brown Jr., the 13-year-old boy who was shot dead outside the Augusta apartment building where he lived.
