Conner Durden picks up more All America accolades

AIKEN, S.C. – University of South Carolina Aiken baseball standout Conner Durden has been named an ABCA/Rawlings first-team All-American and a second-team D2CCA All-American.

He was also named a NCBWA second-team All-American.

Durden, a senior from Jacksonville, Fla., picked up second-team honors after being tabbed a first-team all-region and all-conference selection. He led the team and finished second in the PBC with 13 round-trippers. He finished second in the PBC and overall among PBC players with 59 RBI (32 in PBC contests).

Durden ranked first in overall walks (54) and second in the PBC (25). His 114 total bases are fifth most while his 65 total bases against PBC competition is fourth most. Durden's nine league doubles was seventh most. He sported a .494 on-base percentage for the year, which topped everyone in the PBC. His .616 slugging percentage was sixth best overall.

Durden was the lone PBC standout to earn first or second team All-America honors.
