Third murder suspect arrested, charged after deadly shooting that led to a CVS

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- A third suspect is behind bars as Richmond County deputies continue to investigate an Augusta murder case.

Imanuel Antonio Richardson, 33, has been arrested and charged with Possession of a Firearm By A Convicted Felon, Possession of a Firearm or Knife During a Crime, Murder, and Armed Robbery.

Richardson joins two other suspects, Marvin Griffin and Porche Harris, in the death of Samuel Stewart, III.

Deputies say Stewart was shot at an undisclosed location before he was

driven to a CVS and later died
