RICHMOND COUNTY, GA (WRDW/WAGT) -- A third woman was arrested in connection with an incident involving an allegedly intoxicated deputy and two other women at an apartment complex pool.

According to Richmond County investigators, Porche Pinkney is charged with aggravated assault along with Nilkita Turner and Quasia Turner.

The incident happened Monday at Benson Estates Apartment Complex on Tobacco Road around 9 p.m.

Deputy Travis Clark, who was off-duty but working in a capacity as a courtesy officer for the apartment complex, was attempting to close the complex pool when an altercation occurred.

One of the women opened fire with a teal-colored 9mm, investigators said. Clark was grazed in the ribcage by one of the bullets.

However, according to the Richmond County Sheriff's Office, Clark was "intoxicated" at the time of the incident.

Clark has since been fired from the sheriff's office.
