(WRDW/WAGT) -- Check out these awesome events happening across the CSRA this weekend!

Paceline Race Opening Celebration:
The opening celebration for the Paceline Bicycle Ride is happening Friday at 4:00 p.m. at Augusta University Summerville Campus. Both regular and virtual riders are invited to the celebration to come together. There will be food, drinks, incredible cancer-fighting stories, and live musical performances featuring country music star Chris Janson. The race is Sunday.

Boss Hog Cook-Off:
The Cook-Off will be happening May 10th from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., and the 11th from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Boss Hog (733 E. 7th St., Waynesboro). It's sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society and will bring together competition cook teams and some of the best ribs, barbeque, brisket and chicken in the Southeast. Activities at this year's Cook-Off will include the King of the Wing Competition, Queen of the Wing Reverse Beauty Pageant, Waynesboro Weiner Hog Dog Eat Off, Free Wings and more.

Aiken Bluegrass Festival:
The Aiken Bluegrass Festival returns to the Western Carolina State Fairgrounds on both May 10th and 11th. The 15th annual event will host some of the biggest names in Bluegrass music, including one-of-a-kind collaborations and the newest in rising Bluegrass and Newgrass stars. The festival promises to be a weekend full of amazing music, unique craft and food vendors, on-site camping, activities for the little ones.

Party in the Park:
The Columbia County Exchange Club presents Party in the Park at Evans Towne Center Park on Friday, May 10th. The free event features some of country music’s rising stars and hit songwriters. This year’s performers are Brent Anderson, Cole Taylor, Ray Fulcher, Jordan Walker, Shane Minor, and Andy Albert, who have written country hits for Luke Combs, Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Florida Georgia Line, Carrie Underwood, Dustin Lynch and more!

Pops in the Park:
The Augusta Symphony will perform ahead of fireworks at Evans Towne Center Park, starting at 4:00 p.m.

Columbia County Free Movie:
The county will be showing Disney's Fantasia and a free symphony performance, as well as fireworks. The event is presented by REC TEC Grills and Bank of America. It all starts at 4:00 p.m. and runs until 9:00 p.m. at Evans Towne Center Park.

Paceline Bicycle Ride:
The race activities will begin at 7:00 a.m. at the Augusta University Summerville Campus.

Savannah Riverkeeper's Paddlefest:
The 13th annual Paddlefest is happening from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Saturday. This event offers paddlers in kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards an exciting opportunity to participate in recreation or race division on the Savannah River. The route will be from downtown Augusta to the boat ramp at Lock & Dam, a winding 10 miles downstream.

The Sunday Market at the Marina:
This market pops up every Sunday from noon until 5:00 p.m. each weekend. You can find handmade items, food, drinks, and other farmers market-type items. The market is weekly from now until November 2019.
