Gov. Brian Kemp lifts some mandatory evacuations

The bill will ban abortions at around six weeks of pregnancy. Kemp’s office said the signing is at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

(WRDW/WAGT) -- Georgia Governor Brian Kemp has lifted a mandatory evacuation order for two zones.

That means Chatham County is now open for re-entry, according to Chatham County EMA.

Most of the evacuees staying in Richmond County are from that area.
