Free HIV testing around the CSRA

AUGUSTA, GA (WRDW/WAGT) -- Thursday is HIV Testing Day and clinics across the CSRA are offering free HIV testing.

According to the  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Georgia has the second highest rate of new HIV diagnoses in the country, second only to Washington, DC. In South Carolina, it is estimated that 20,000 people are living with an HIV+ diagnosis.

While Thursday's HIV Testing Day offered a slew of free HIV testing opportunities, people can get free HIV testing almost any day of the year. Below is a list of a few free HIV testing centers:
