AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT)-- An Augusta nail salon was going about business as usual when all of sudden a car came crashing through. Now, the owner says he is forced to close up shop.
According to Nail Art owner Cong Bui, around 6:30 p.m. a car crashed through the glass, destroying the front of the business. Bui says no one in the salon was hurt but he did see the driver of the car being rushed off into an ambulance.
News 12 reached out to the Richmond County Sheriff's Office for further details. Dispatch could only confirm RCSO worked the crash but officials could neither tell us how the driver is doing, nor if they are facing any charges.
The Nail Art owner said his salon will remain closed until he figures out how much his insurance policy will cover for repairs.
