USC Aiken women pick up road win

CENTRAL, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken women's basketball team posted a 74-51 victory at Southern Wesleyan Wednesday afternoon.

The Pacers are now 7-4 on the season.

Head coach Mark Miller's team was led by Kwajelin Farrar's game-high 18 points and nine rebounds. She buried nine-of-12 from the floor. Additionally, Farrar dished out three assists and added two steals.

Grace Crawford netted 14 points while Kyrie' Chandler connected for 12 points and six assists. Crawford and Chandler each hit four three-point baskets.

Alex Canady and Star Toomey netted seven points apiece while Melyk Taouil added six. Taouil distributed five assists while Canady had four.
