Augusta, Ga--It's going to be a busy week or so with kids deciding their college future for athletics. Wednesday is actually signing day for football, but today, a trio of Westminster Wildcats taking care of their paper work.
Brandon Smith and Cale McLarnon are off to Southern Wesleyan to play soccer while Larkin Ison III is New Jersey bound where he'll play football at Princeton. Ison wanted to go to an ivy league school and the tigers fit right as he knows it's not just a football choice.
"We talked about it when I went there, it's not just a four year decision, it's a 44 year decision. Even though, when you go to the Ivy League, you still have a chance to go to the NFL if that's your dreams, but obviously if you go there, you're going to have a lot of opportunities other then football so that's one thing I always tried to get out of my life" said Lark Ison
For McLarnon and Smith, they've both already racked up several state soccer titles with the Wildcats, now hoping to step in an be impact players at Southern Wesleyan starting in the fall
