Augusta, Ga--We've been following the boxing career of Justin DeLoach for a number of years now. Heck, he was just a teenager when we first got into the ring with him. Coming up this weekend, possibly the biggest fight of his career.
The now 25 year old had gotten off his game in the past year or so and took a couple of losses. Now, after a win in Augusta last November, DeLoach feels like he's back on the upswing. It was a matter of getting back to basics and not taking anything for granted. DeLoach knows this may be a defining fight for him.
"Definitely a defining one, that's perfect Kevin, definitely a defining fight for me. It's a big statement that needs to be made to not only everybody, but to myself. I owe it to myself so I have to go out and dominate and show the people that I'm on that level with Errol Spence, Terence Carter and Danny Garcia's, you know what I'm saying, I'm going to show everybody that."
DeLoach will take on undefeated Terrel Williams, so this won't be an easy bout by any stretch. DeLoach compares Williams to himself and is ready for anything he throws his direction.
