Augusta, Ga--It's going to be a fun stretch of golf all culminating with the Masters in five weeks. We've got three prime college tournaments between now and then and the first one features the ladies from Augusta

The Valspar Invitational is next week at Forest Hills as the Jags are getting work in to make sure their game is in the best shape of the year. After a solid fall season, they have a 10th and 7th place finish to start the spring portion of the year and everything is trending upwards.

"We're still kind of kicking off our spring and we've been using the last couple of weeks to make sure our games are solid, technically and fundamentally, because once you start competing, you can't worry about your swing, you can't worry about how you're hitting it, you just have to play. So they've been working really, really hard" said Caroline Hegg."

"We played well in the fall after winter break, we had to get back into it but now we're all warmed up and ready to take care of our home event" said Charlotte Alran

Caroline Hegg likes the attitude and the way this team has approached the season. The tournament is next Saturday and Sunday and as always, admission is free.
