Graniteville, SC--After three tough seasons, Andrew Jenkins has resigned as Midland Valley's football coach. He will finish out the school year as a teacher in the district.

The Mustangs were winless this year and had just four victories in his three seasons as head coach. This past year, Midland Valley did show some offensive prowess, but could never sustain it enough to get into the win column.

Jenkins also had the tough task of following Rick Knight, who led the program to back-to-back state title appearances.
