EWWK: Roasted Tomatoes


2 pints grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper


Optional seasonings can be added, such as dried minced garlic, Greek seasoning, seasoned salt, oregano, Italian seasoning, or thyme.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Cover a pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Place tomatoes on the pan in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the tomatoes in the oven and roast for 30 minutes.
