1 large over-ripe banana

3 tablespoons slivered almonds (or nuts of choice)

DirectionsPlace the over-ripe banana in a medium bowl and mash with a fork until kind of smooth, with only a few chunky pieces. Mix in the yogurt, oats, milk and vanilla. Gently stir in the chia seeds an. Allow the mixture to sit overnight, top with almonds and kiwi in the morning.
