EWWK: Oat and Yogurt Parfait


1 (5.3-ounce) container of low sugar vanilla or blueberry yogurt*
¼ cup steel cup oats*
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax meal
¼ cup 2% milk
1 cup frozen cherries or berries


Stir together yogurt, oats, chia seeds and milk in a bowl. Layer half inside a wide mouth mason jar then add half of the frozen fruit. Layer in remaining yogurt and berries. Refrigerate at least overnight and up to 4 days.
