EWWK: Green Goddess Salad



Ingredients

1 head of lettuce
1 head endive
3 tomatoes, diced (optional)

Dressing:
1 tablespoon chives, minced
8 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
¾ tube anchovy paste
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
1 green onion, minced
1 clove garlic, pressed
1-pint mayonnaise

Directions

Prepare salad greens. Place in a bowl. Add tomatoes and toss with dressing which has been mixed well in a blender. Serves 10-12.
