1 medium bunch of greens (about 6 ounces), cleaned and trimmed
DirectionsHeat a large saucepan or skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, water, and black pepper and sautés for 1 minute.
Add the greens and sauté, stirring often until the leaves are wilted, 2 to 4 minutes.
Variation: Add 4 ounces of cubed firm tofu with the greens.
