EWWK: Almond Energy Bites


1 cup sliced almonds
Zest of orange
Juice of ½ orange (2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons of honey
5 dates
1 cup old fashioned oats
½ cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds


Add ingredients into a food processor and pulse until pieces are of even consistency and resemble crumbles. Use your hands and shape them into balls and place on parchment paper, and freeze for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
