Cinnamon Apple Parfait


1 apple, peeled and cored
½ -1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup Siggi’s 0% vanilla Skyr
3 tablespoons granola


Chop the apple into bite-sized pieces. Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the apple, honey, and cinnamon, tossing to coat. Cook the apple until softened, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Layer the vanilla skyr, apples, and granola in a jar or dish. Optionally, drizzle with a little extra honey. Enjoy!

Yield: 1 Serving (this makes a nice high protein breakfast with good fiber)
