UPDATE| Lanes clear after accident on Lewiston Road

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- Georgia DOT reports that all lanes are back open on I-20EB.

5:50 p.m.

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- Columbia County officials say they are still working an accident near Lewiston Road.

The left lane is still blocked.

Officials say there are no reports of injuries.

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- GDOT is reporting that the only the left lane is blocked due to an accident.

The scene is expected to be cleared around 6:15 p.m.

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- There are reports of a vehicle accident near Lewiston Road.

According to a social media post, the Columbia County Sheriff's Office is asking motorists to avoid the

area of exit 191 on I-20EB.

Georgia DOT reports there is one vehicle involved and all lanes are blocked. They expect to clear the scene around 6 p.m. this evening.
