UPDATE | Charges pending in SC-421 deadly crash

AIKEN COUNTY, S.C.(WRDW/WAGT) -- Authorities say charges for the driver involved in a deadly crash Tuesday morning are pending.
Reports indicated 30-year-old Kala Haskell pulled from a private drive and into the path of a motorcycle around 5:47 a.m.
The motorcycle was driving south on Augusta Road when the accident occurred.
The motorcyclist, Tron Lampkin, was said to have attempted to avoid the collision by laying the bike down.
Investigators are still looking into this accident.

The body will be taken to Newberry for an autopsy.
