Suspect facing felony murder charge after an overnight shooting in Washington County

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- The Washington County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal shooting that took the life of 35-year-old D'Carlos Fransawa Gamble of Bartow.

The Sheriff's Office said the shooting happened around 3 A.M. following an incident at “Da Spot Club" outside of Davisboro.

30-year-old Kintyris Antwone Moye was taken into custody after driving the victim and himself to Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

Gamble was pronounced dead at the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. Moye is being held in the Washington County Jail on Felony Murder charges without bond.

The case is under investigation. Georgia Bureau of Investigations was called in to assist along with Davisboro Police and Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
