Students Shine in North Augusta Stars Talent Show

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) Twenty two students from elementary, middle and high school danced, sang and performed for the NA Stars Talent Show sponsored by the North Augusta Arts Council Tuesday night.

Vivica Birt, a student at North Augusta High School was the overall winner. She won for her vocal performance of the classic-- "At Last".

There was a variety of talent on the stage, ranging from clogging and tap dance to vocal and piano representing three age divisions.
-Chloe Ellis from Mossy Creek won the elementary level. She sang "One Day" and accompanied herself on the ukulele.
-Ansley Parrish from Paul Knox won the middle school division, dancing to a piece called "Crescendo".
-Iris Nichols won the high school division, performing "Forget The World".

Country Singer Cody Webb was one of the judges. Webb opened the show performing a new song that will be released later this week. He's a singer/songwriter best known for his single "She's Carolina" with more than a million views on his Facebook video.
