(WRDW/WAGT) -- Some of the counties in the CSRA have multiple age groups riding together on the bus to school each day.

Bamberg Districts 1 and 2

said all age groups ride on the same buses due to limited space on buses. District 1 said there are two handicapped buses available as well.

Edgefield County

elementary students have their own buses but there are a handful of older students with longer trips that ride elementary buses. Middle and High School students ride the bus together.

Burke County

does not mix middle and high school students with elementary students. Their buses carry primary and elementary students together and middle and high school students together.
