Second man charged with 27-year-old Waynesboro man's murder

WAYNESBORO, GA (WRDW/WAGT) -- A second man wanted in connection with the death of a 27-year-old Waynesboro man has been arrested.

Harry Fleming, Jr., was shot and killed near his home on the 700 block of Savannah Avenue on April 5.

Deputies with the Burke County Sheriff's Office recently arrested Antonio Haynes and plan to charge him with murder.

Haynes joins the arrest of Antwan Markivoues Tukes, who was captured just shortly after Fleming's death.

A third man, Cyrus Mincey, is still being sought.
