Power outages, trees down, possible fires sparked by storm

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga.-- (WRDW/WAGT) The Columbia County fire chief confirms there is a tree possibly on a house with the smell of gas at a home on Renee Court.

Dispatch confirms they are receiving multiple calls about storm-related damage.

There are also still hundreds of outages reported in Columbia County early Tuesday.

Aiken County and Edgefield County have a few outages reported as well.

In Grovetown, deputies are blocking the intersection of Swint & Wrightsboro Road due to a fallen tree.
