Deangilo Drayton was one of two people sought following a drive-by shooting on Pershing Drive.

NORTH AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- One of the two men sought in connection with a drive-by shooting at a North Augusta neighborhood is now in custody.

Deangilo Drayton has been charged with discharging a firearm, unlawful carrying of a pistol, and an additional weapons charge.

Drayton turned himself in to the North Augusta Department of Public Safety on Monday.

"Detectives questioned Drayton about his involvement during the Pershing Drive shooting," a statement said. "Drayton continues to be uncooperative with the investigation."

Drayton, along with Caleb Johnson, were originally listed as victims in the Pershing Drive drive-by shooting that happened in late February.

"Detectives have experienced repeated failed attempts to reconnect with Johnson and Drayton since the shooting in hopes of learning more about the incident," a statement from from the North Augusta DPS said last week.

Johnson remains on the loose. He posted a Snapchat picture on a social media account bragging "u missed [expletive]."

Any information about Johnson's hereabouts should call the North Augusta Department of Public Safety at 803-441-4276.
