AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- Richmond County deputies have arrested a teen after two men were injured in a shooting on Shoreline Drive.

Richmond County deputies say they have arrested 19-year-old Joseph Carson Strickland II. He is being charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault and one felony count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, according to investigators.

Deputies say he has been booked into the Charles B. Webster Detention Center. Strickland will have his first appearance in court on Monday at 2 p.m.

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- Two men are being treated for gunshot wounds at Augusta University Medical Center.

Investigators from the Richmond County Sheriff's Office tell us that they were called to a shooting on Shoreline Drive earlier today. It was there that they discovered the two victims involved, sustained gunshot wounds (for reasons unknown) and then ran to Mike Padgett Highway.

The victims' names are being withheld at this time as this incident is currently under investigation. There is also no information regarding suspect(s) or vehicle(s).

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- Richmond County Sheriff's Office investigators are on the scene of a shooting at the Castle Pines Mobile Home Park on the 3860 block of Mike Padgett Highway.

According to Richmond County dispatch, the call came in around 5:32 p.m. We're working to confirm if there were any injuries.
