AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- GDOT will be at the state line on I-20 for some construction Monday morning, causing a road closure.

One lane of I-20 Westbound will be blocked heading into Augusta around 8:30 a.m. as signs with Governor Nathan Deal's name will be changed out for Governor-elect Brian Kemp.

It's unclear how long the construction will take, or how long the lane will be blocked off.

There could also be delays on I-520 around 8:30 a.m. Monday for the same work.

Plan accordingly for traffic.
