UPDATE | Two people killed on I-20 East in Taliaferro County

TALIAFERRO COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- News 12 is learning two people were killed in the crash Wednesday morning.
The vehicle was driving west on I-20 and went off the road before crossing to the eastbound side, swerving off the road and hitting a tree.
Both the male driver and a female passenger were killed.

TALIAFERRO COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- According to Taliaferro County dispatchers, crews were called out to a fatal accident on I-20 East near mile-marker 151.
Dispatch says all lanes are open.
At one time, all lanes on I-20 East were blocked due to the accident.
Georgia State Patrol troopers are at the scene and investigating the cause of the accident.
