AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- It's the 83rd year of the Masters tournament and there's a lot of history in those years.

From the beginning, the tournament has prided itself on having some of the most knowledgeable patrons, and these people know the game.

At Augusta National, the history of the course and the tournament run as deep as the roots of the clubhouse oak. With the history of these hallowed grounds comes patrons with knowledge and an appreciation for what's come before.

Fan answer: "50??1950??"

Fan answer: "37?1938?"

Correct answer: “1934"

But it wasn't called the Masters tournament just yet.

Question: "When was it coined the Masters tournament?

Correct answer: “I think Bobby Jones called it the Masters in 39."

Now, for something just a bit more modern.

Question: "True or false, Tiger Woods has won 3 green jackets and he's going for his fourth.”

Correct answer: “Has he already won four or just three??? I think he's going for his fifth"
