RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- A Richmond County School System bus driver charged with child molestation of a 15-year-old student is on unpaid leave.
According to the spokesperson with Richmond County Schools, Curtis Bush was hired in August 2016. He's never been in any other department, and his last time driving a bus was the morning of Aug. 24. He was not picking up or dropping off that afternoon.
Bush was arrested last Friday after an internal investigation. According to authorities, Bush paid the girl $25. He has since bonded out of jail.

RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- A Richmond County School System bus driver is behind bars after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Curtis Allen Bush, 45, was arrested last Friday after an internal investigation into the allegations that he had a relationship with a female student. According to the incident report, Bush is facing charges for child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes, both felony offenses.
