NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) -- They're not ready to publish just yet, but the City of North Augusta has updates.

Todd Glover, North Augusta City Administrator, said, "The stadium is under construction. The right field restaurant is under construction, the apartments are under construction, the hotel deck is under construction, the hotel is under construction."

A list we received from DHEC shows every approved project related to Riverside Village they could find. But there are still some missing.

"We expect the condos and retail--and other retail components directly around the hotel to begin in 60-90 days," he said.

The City Administrator says some projects are taking shape a little slower.

"The pieces lagging behind are the senior living.”

And the office building.

"We're working on some deals right now for that office building--and we expect the stadium deck and the office building to begin around first quarter of next year."

Even though they've been started, pieces like the stadium parking and even the hotel itself won't be finished in time for opening day. But Glover says the city has this covered.

"It's our plan to use the hotel deck for parking initially because the hotel will not be finished."

"Just moving some pieces around. But we have plans for that."

Additionally, just because a project has been approved, doesn't mean it's licensed or contracted.

"We've been working on a format for how we can present that on the website. We've also been working on a financial picture."

Glover says that last missing piece, those financial details, are coming soon.
