Authorities looking for missing Merriwether woman
MERRIWETHER, S.C. (WRDW) -- The Edgefield County Sheriff's office is continuing to search for a woman that has been missing since Saturday.
On Tuesday, News 12 spoke to the husband of the missing woman.
Park Kingery said on Saturday that he left the house with two of their three children to some errands, when he came back, his wife Tammy was gone.
"I saw a note on the table saying-- Went for a walk, be back soon. Love you," Kingery said.
Park's wife Tammy never came back.
Officers from several different agencies spent hours over the weekend searching for her on foot, with tracking dogs, a SLED helicopter was even called in to assist.
"We have a lot of people helping. A lot of people have put fliers out," Kingery said. "Friends been hitting the rest stops and stuff just looking."
The Sheriff's office still believes that she's in danger.

Officials say Tamera Sue Kingery, 37, was last seen walking away from her home on Mealing Road around 10 Saturday morning. Kingery also goes by Tammy.
She was last seen wearing a light colored shirt and dark pants and carrying a Hard Rock Cafe backpack, the report said. Authorities are considering her missing and in danger.
