AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) -- The driver of the Tahoe that crashed on New Holland Road Wednesday afternoon has been charged with DUI.
Timothy Bevell, 37, was driving a 2004 Tahoe when he ran off the road and hit a tree, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol. Bevell was charged with DUI, child endangerment, seat belt violation and no child restraint.
His wife, Mary Bevell, 26, was also with a no seat belt violation. Highway patrol said the two children in the car also weren't wearing seat belts.
According to South Carolina Highway Patrol, all were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) -- The Couchton Fire Rescue Chief said Wednesday one woman was flown to Augusta University after a crash on New Holland Road.
Investigators said a male was taken to the hospital by ambulance and 2 children were taken to the Children's Hospital.
According to the fire chief, the car ran off the road into a tree. South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
The fire chief said the male was driving and the female flown to Augusta University was the passenger.
AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) -- Emergency crews have responded to a one-vehicle crash on New Holland Road near Farmfield Road.
The Aiken County Sheriff's Office said two people have very critical injuries. It's unknown how many people are in the car.
A helicopter has been called for medical transport, according to the Aiken County Sheriff's Office. It's unknown if any lanes are blocked.
The accident was called in a little before 4 p.m. Wednesday.
