Zayna joined the WRDW team as an anchor and producer in June of 2020, and is excited to meet new people in the area.
She is from Lawton, Oklahoma and graduated with a degree in Journalism and Media Production from Cameron University in 2018. That's where her love for story telling grew and she was able to share stories related to Cameron University through their student ran newscast called CU News. She served as the producer for three years while also reporting and anchoring.
During her last semester of college, she interned at KSWO in Lawton and began working there after graduation as a weekend morning anchor, reporter, and producer for two years before joining News 12.
She spends her free time being a dog mom and exploring all the things Augusta has to offer.
