Growing up, Celeste Springer’s favorite place to be was the car, because (in her mother’s words) she had a “captive audience.” As time went on, Celeste learned there was far more value in garnering attention through telling relevant, interesting, and impactful stories rather than trapping people into a road trip with her.
After realizing her passion for storytelling, Celeste went on to the University of Georgia to obtain her Bachelor’s in Journalism. While enrolled, she interned with News 12 over the summer, and is excited to be back where her career started.
Celeste enjoys kayaking, cooking, and online shopping in her off time. She is excited to make Augusta her new home and tell the incredible stories that flow through our community.
