AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - It was a massive project that cost way more and took much longer than anyone expected.
But last month, Plant Vogtle put the nations newest nuclear reactor in service.
Tim Echols is an energy expert and vice chairman of Georgia’s Public Service Commission.
