Weather threat affects COVID-19 vaccination clinics

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The threat of severe weather today in the CSRA has altered plans for some COVID-19 vaccination clinics:

Allendale: The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control has canceled the Allendale County clinic for today. The clinic will be rescheduled at a later date.

Augusta: The Gold Cross Emergency Medical Services clinic at Sand Hills Community Center has been delayed until Tuesday.

Orangeburg: The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control has canceled the Orangeburg County clinic for today. The clinic will be rescheduled at a later date.

Sandersville: The newly opened mass vaccination site operated by the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency at Word of Life Church will close at 10:30 a.m. All appointment holders have been rescheduled.
