ATLANTA (AP) — Dense fog is delaying some flights at Atlanta's airport.
The Federal Aviation Administration website says that flights arriving at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport are experiencing delays of up to an hour, and that could increase. Arrival delays are also causing some departing flights to be delayed.
The National Weather Service says on its website that visibility is reduced to as low as a quarter of a mile in some parts of the state because of dense fog. The weather service says the fog should burn off by about 10 a.m. Monday.
