AUGUSTA, Ga.---Four people from the Warner Robins area are at the Augusta Burn Center after being struck by lightning.

They were among 13 people injured when the lightning hit a middle school football game Thursday night.

The Warner Robins Middle School athletic director, Mike Martin, was in
critical condition Friday. Three other men, including two game officials, are also at the Burn Center.

Several other people, including some children, were treated at hospitals
in the middle Georgia area.

How many have to injured or killed to make parents think twice about letting kids play games that are dangerous in themselves, but especially at schools with coaches that allow play in dangerous weather ??? Flame on;
