WILLISTON, S.C. -- Trees are down, roofs are torn off and the high school scoreboard is in two pieces after a wind storm rips through Williston Monday. Now, the clean-up begins.

At Williston-Elko High School, the baseball scoreboard is leaning over the fence and the football scoreboard is now torn in two.

At Williston Country Club, there are trees down, including a huge tree that took a lot of work to get cleaned up. Two kids, along with several other volunteers were out on Tuesday cleaning up the mess.

In town, several houses have been affected, with trees tumbling and roofs hit by some of the trees.

3 businesses in town were hit, 1 of them, a bar, lost it's entire roof.

In all, it's a total team effort, as the community came together in a small town with a big heart.
