AIKEN COUNTY, S.C.---Aiken County schools closed Monday because of this past weekend's severe weather will make up the school day later this month.

The Aiken County school district says Aiken County Area Three schools will make up the missed day on Friday March 28th.

Bryd, Clearwater, Gloverville, Jefferson and Warrenville elementary schools are all in Area Three. LBC and Leavelle McCampbell middle schools and Midland Valley high school are also in Area Three.

March 28th was originally a district in-service day. The 28th will remain an in-service day for the rest of the Aiken County school district.
