Police chase ends in injury crash on Olive Road
A man, reported to be under the influence of drugs, crashed into another vehicle in front of a home on Olive Road in Augusta after a 6 minute chase down several roads.

AUGUSTA, Ga --- A man, reported to be under the influence of drugs, has crashed into another vehicle in front of a home on Olive Road in Augusta. This after a six-minute chase down several roads, including Milledgeville Road and Doug Barnard Parkway.
Deputies confirm that the suspect crash through several fences on Milledgeville Road, before striking a white Jeep on olive road at Chester Street. The female driver of the Jeep has been taken to a hospital for treatment, her injuries are not serious, deputies say.
The suspect was driving a black Navigator, believed to be stolen. He faces several charges, including possible DUI, fleeing, reckless driving. The suspect has not been named.
