Update: Fatal Accident on Stillwater Road
A Windsor woman was killed a little after 6 o'clock this morning when the truck she was driving crashed on Stillwater Road.

AIKEN CTY, S.C.---A Windsor woman was killed a little after 6 o'clock this morning when the truck she was driving crashed on Stillwater Road.
Investigators say Teresa Coffey hit a dirt shoulder and flipped. She was thrown from the truck and killed.
Coffey lived on Stillwater Road. She was not wearing a seat belt.
A toxicology report is pending.
